Services We provide professional landscaping services including garden design, lawn maintenance, planting, irrigation, hardscaping, and outdoor space transformation. All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement between both parties.
Quotations and Payments All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A deposit of 50% is required before any work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if project requirements change after the initial agreement.
Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling requests are accommodated subject to availability.
Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area on the agreed date. Any underground utilities, pipes, or cables must be disclosed to us before work begins. We are not liable for damage to undisclosed underground infrastructure.
Warranty and Liability We take pride in the quality of our work and offer a 30-day workmanship warranty on all completed projects. We are not liable for damage caused by extreme weather conditions, poor soil conditions, or client negligence after project completion. Plant survival beyond 14 days of installation is subject to proper client care and watering.
Intellectual Property All designs, plans, and concepts created by our team remain the intellectual property of GreenScape Landscaping until full payment is received. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our designs is strictly prohibited.
Privacy We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website or service process is used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
